At a tasting at the Miraflores flower shop, we tried Chocolate in a Bottle together with fine chocolate from Ecuador – and were immediately thrilled. This extraordinary combination captivated us.

The sparkling Chardonnay-based cocktail combines finely vinified sparkling wine with cocoa nibs and a hint of hazelnut distillate. Even if it cannot be called "Sekt" according to the sparkling wine regulation, the enjoyment is clearly paramount: elegant, surprising, and wonderfully harmonious.

Chilled, the interplay of chocolate and hazelnut unfolds particularly beautifully. Whether with fresh strawberries, delicate desserts, or simply as a special moment in between – Chocolate in a Bottle is a real highlight. On the palate, the delicate cocoa note enhances the delicate hazelnut aroma, creating a well-rounded, sensual taste experience.
